Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping options you've chosen, and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment. You can calculate delivery estimates by taking the processing time for your order and adding the delivery time based on the shipping method you've chosen.

For example, if you order a neon sign, it will need 2-4 business days of processing time and then 8-10 business days of shipping time if you select Standard Shipping. Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 10-14 business days. You can expect to receive it in 6-10 business days if you select Express Shipping (4-6 business days).

*There is a different processing time for different items. However, we will try our best to prepare the item ASAP after you place an order on our website.

  • $69 For Orders Over $99

Express Shipping(8-12 Business Days) Fee For Puerto Rico/Hawaii:

  • $45 For Orders Under $99
  • $79 For Orders Over $99

    Please keep in mind that if any changes are made to your order, it may result in a delay in the delivery time. The extent of the delay will depend on the nature of the changes and the additional time required to adjust your order accordingly.

    Notes:

    1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

    2) After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs time to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

    3) In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

    4) If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 30 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics-related issues, you must contact customer service within 90 days of the order date.
