All our neon signs are 100% handmade with LED flex neon tube and acrylic backing. The new neon tube technology that we use provides a longer lifespan than original glass neon. LED Neon signs are silent, safe, and remain at room temperature. Our LED neon signs are low voltage. They are also safer because they do not contain gas or mercury.

You can definitely hang your neon outside for a couple of hours during an event. 
 
Alternatively, you can opt for an outdoor neon sign, that has a thicker LED tube. Also, we usually engrave the tube within the backing. For outdoor use, we provide an IP67 transformer which is water resistant.

Sizing depends on several factors: feasibility, wall dimensions, budget, etc. 

It’s easier for us to create large neon signs. Why? Because we cut the flex neon tube. We will always suggest the most optimized size for us to be able to bend the neon tube efficiently.

Our LED neon signs are made with PVC tubing, LEDs, and acrylic. They are handmade in order to create your ideal sign, so you can choose your specific colours, fonts and sizes. Using PVC tubing allows us to create shapes of any size, and LED lights offers a wide range of bright colours to choose from when customising your sign. Additionally, the option of acrylic backings gives you the choice of shape and can be molded to fit the shape of your neon sign or used as a backboard.

Our neon LED signs are set on a clear acrylic backing of 7 mm in order to keep its shape. 

Each neon sign is attached onto a clear acrylic backing, which can be customised according to your requirements. You can choose the shape of the backing, whether you want it to closely fit the shape of your design, or if you want it to be a square or rectangular backboard. Generally, we offer an almost invisible clear backing for all our signs. However, you can choose a black backing, mirror backing or UV printed backing.  

Moreover, outdoor neon signs are set on a thicker backing. We usually engrave the neon within the acrylic.

Our custom neon signs are low voltage, 12V. The neon remains at room temperature. Our LED neon sign has a lower energy consumption than glass neon signs. The LED neon is also called flex neon and brings about many more possibilities in terms of designs and colors.

NEONIP offers a wide array of neon tube colors. We have trendy colors like hot pink, blue, green, cream and cool white. We also have unique neon colors such as purple, girl pink, ice blue and blue green. You can pick whichever you like to match the vibes of your home, business or event.

We have 10 neon tubes with a color jacket, which the neon sign remains colored when the sign is off. And 11 neon tubes with a white jacket, which the neon sign is white  when the sign is off. The choice of color has no impact on price. You can choose any color you like to create your logo/quote into a neon sign.

Custom LED neon signs are much more affordable than glass neon signs. We calculate the price according to the LED tube consumption and the overall size of the design. We will be happy to trace your logo and image of inspiration to send you a free quote and mock-up.

Of course you can! We have around 30 different fonts you can choose from, for your neon sign, allowing you to customize the sign to your liking. Plus, we can combine different fonts for the same sign. 

You can also send us your own original font, and we will be able to adapt it into your neon sign!

We truly create your custom neon signs. This means we can create the dimensions you like. The neon might come in several parts, so we will always make sure to pack your signs as safely as possible. We will indicate the cuts and where we advise locating the power cords.  

We have already created walls of neon signs for restaurants and corporations, working with together with the customer to provide the optimal sizing for your large signs in interior design projects.

The choice is completely up to you, but here is some information about each type of sign to help you decide: 

Our LED signs are easy to install, sturdy, come in a wide array of shapes and colours, have efficient energy consumption, remain at room temperature and don’t overheat, so they are safe in crowded settings. 

Glass neon signs are only available in bulk orders, but they are traditional, indicated by the soft buzzing noise you can hear when they are lit up. Just be aware that there is a risk of breakage because they are fragile.

No restriction. We can turn any ideas/logos into a neon sign. 
 
We can do simple and complex signs. The more details, the bigger the sign will have to be. We can also use printing on the backing to incorporate details and increase brand awareness.

Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping options you've chosen, and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment.

You can calculate delivery estimates by taking the processing time for your order and adding the delivery time based on the shipping method you've chosen.

For example, if you order a neon sign, it will need 2-4 business days of processing time and then 4-6 business days of shipping time if you select Standard Shipping.Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 10-12 business days.
You can expect to receive it in 4-10 business days if you select Express Shipping (2-4 business days).

We offer a 1-year warranty for all our neon signs when used appropriately. 

During the period of the warranty, we got you fully covered. Any faulty sign will be replaced at no cost after receiving approval from our side. We need to confirm that the sign was used in normal conditions. (indoor for indoor signs, with the provided transformer etc.) 

After the warranty period, we are always here to help, whether it's to replace a transformer or troubleshooting with you over a video call. If the sign needs to be remade after the warranty period, we will apply a special discount for this remade.

Please open your parcel immediately after receiving it. We will only accept claims within 7 days after delivery. Contact us at service@neonip.com and send us detailed pictures of the damages, after reviewing and accepting your claim we will send you a new spare neon tube free of charge.

As NEONIP hand-crafts neon signs specifically for you, unfortunately all custom neon sales are FINAL. 

Once done, it's not possible to adjust the neon, the LED tubes are connected and glued on the acrylic backing that has been cut for the approved design. We will go into a complete validation process with mockup and technical drawing to make sure you got what you have approved.

If your custom neon sign is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery at service@neonip.com and send us detailed pictures of the damages. After reviewing and accepting your claim we will send you a new spare neon tube free of charge.

Your custom neon sign operates in 12V. We provide the appropriate transformer that should always remain attached to the wire. 

We create some signs that are battery operated. These need specific requirements. Our team will be happy to provide further information regarding feasibility. Please contact us at service@neonip.com
We usually set the power cord on the bottom right of the sign. You can always leave us a comment upon check-out if another position is preferred (e.g.top left).

Mounting your neon is very easy, it’s like hanging a frame on a wall.  

Here are the instructions: 
1.  Gently unpack your neon sign 
2.  Install your sign against a wall or from the ceiling 
3.  Use the mounting kit on the pre-drilled backing 
4.  Connect the remote (optional) 
5.  Plug your neon with its transformer to your standard electrical outlet 
6.  Your neon sign is ready to shine. Enjoy!
